1981年愛知県生まれ。保育園のときに初めて折り紙に触れ、中学の頃より折り紙天才少年として注目される。「TVチャンピオン全国折紙王選手権」で第3回、第4回連続優勝。国内のみならず、海外にも多くのファンを持つ。2000年秋よりOrigamiUSAに留学中。

Satoshi KAMIYA was born in Aichi, Japan, in 1981. He has been called a genius since his junior high school days. He loves to create a highly complex model. He has been doing voluntary work for Origami USA since Autumn of 2000.
